Founder & CEO
Cody Olson is a seasoned multifamily real estate professional and entrepreneur, bringing a wealth of experience in contract negotiation, construction, and asset management. With a strong background in owning and operating multiple businesses and residential and multifamily properties, Cody has developed a sharp acumen for business development, operational strategy, and team leadership.
As the Founder and CEO, Cody now focuses on multifamily investment and asset management, where he leverages his deep expertise in construction and leadership to guide the acquisition and management of multifamily properties. His unique ability to align operational execution with investment strategy enables him to drive sustainable growth and deliver consistent value to investors and stakeholders.
Cody is also an active member of a national advisory group of multifamily operators who collectively own or manage over 150,000 units across the United States. His involvement in this elite network keeps him on the leading edge of industry trends and innovation, fostering collaboration with top professionals to shape the future of multifamily real estate.
Francesco Orselli
Advisor
Francesco Orselli has over 15 years of international finance and management consulting experience for global fortune 100 financial services organizations. He has been investing in real estate since 2016 in single-family and multi-family properties. He owns or is a partner in 650+ doors in various states in the US.
Francesco holds a Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and a Master in Mechanical Engineering.

Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success. Khleif’s experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls “seminars:’ Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today.
Rod brings incredible authenticity and insight to his approach to business, mindset, real estate, success and life. Rod can talk about the psychology of success, and any business or real estate topic in great depth, contributing incredible first-hand, technical, and motivational knowledge and skills to the conversation.
Rod also founded The Tiny Hands Foundation which has benefited more than 100,000 children in need.
